Located in Buchanan, MI, The Loading Dock holds up to 475 guests, in a historic art deco-meets-industrial-design space. Formerly Clark Equipment Company, The Loading Dock reimagines romance and history in one location, with a cocktail bar and lunch menu that embraces historical charm and modern taste.

Parking for The Loading Dock is accessed via Front Street in downtown Buchanan. The main lot is on the west side of the event building, between the duck pond and The Loading Dock.

The parking lot will close to the general public 3 hours prior to event start times, with the lot open to event guests only. The lot will reopen to event guests only 1 hour prior to the event start time. Chunk’s traffic must use 3rd Street/Skyline during events at The Loading Dock. Please check The Loading Dock’s Facebook page to see updated day-of parking information.

The overflow lot is to the north, past Chunk’s Ice Cream. Refer to parking map provided for further information and details. 

The City of Buchanan also has several public lots available for event parking. 

The parking lot next to Citgo to the south of The Loading Dock is not event parking for The Loading Dock.

As a courtesy to our guests, The Loading Dock has a contract with SOPHI Mobility for valet and/or parking services, which clients may add to their booking for an additional discounted rate. Inquire at time of booking.
