Randy Hendrixson
Randy is the owner of Building 324 and The Loading Dock. A resident of Buchanan since 2010, he’s made a place in his heart for history and community that come with small-town life. After 28 years of visiting other venues, he looks forward to making big dreams come to life in his own space.
Kate Gassman
Kate is the Business Manager for The Loading Dock event space and bar/restaurant. A self-proclaimed foodie, she loves creative menus, unique cocktails, and the magic of live events. She has no spare time, because this is also her hobby, but if she did she would spend it reading and napping.
Anna Gordon
Anna is the Event Coordinator at The Loading Dock. She has 15 years of wedding experience as owner of Flowers by Anna, where she is proud to offer in-house florals in partnership with The Loading Dock. She truly does it all as a hometown entrepreneur, a mom, and an all-around badass.
Jen McClaren
Jen is the Lead Bartender at The Loading Dock. She has a passion for people, an intense level of organization, and an inability to sit still. She’s excited about the craft cocktails The Loading Dock will offer and building a team that embodies the spirit of community.
Erin Glavin
Erin is the Receptionist at Building 324’s Corporate Offices and The Loading Dock. She’s cool under pressure and passionate about this historic space and the team she takes care of every day. At home she snugs her dog Josephine and enjoys finding new flavors to feed her caffeine addiction.
